Each one of these mission will add up your resistance point that you will need to reach Jacob Seed. And to do this you need to complete main mission stories, liberate cult outposts, destroy cult properties and save hostages. To get to Jacob Seed you need to get 13000 resistance points.
This region is mainly used for training of the cult army and hunters.
